Youth Volunteers Forum is organized twice annually by Zanchangemakers, a company with a mission of enabling people to offer their skills and time to build stronger, more active communities.
Youth Volunteers Forum (Boot camp) is a forum that brings youth together from all over Tanzania for the purpose of uplifting University graduates, to equip them with knowledge, experiences, and network that are vital in job-seeking process skills. This is a three (3)days forum that convenes young people between the age of 15-34 in a boot camp for learning and growing.

It provides Internship Programs for them to volunteer in the interval of 2 to 3 months in which if they perform well in their assigned workplaces, there is a possibility of getting employment from the exact organizations where they volunteer.

This year, the first batch of Youth Volunteers Boot Camp took place from 13th May to 15th May 2022 at Kizimkazi at Assalam Community Foundation, whereby 18 participants attended including14 volunteers and 4 leaders. The Participants (volunteers) were from both Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar. The program’s stakeholders including Tamani Foundation, Natalia Foundation, Greenlight Foundation, Melisha English Club, Kokaya Enterprises, Cube Zanzibar, Pamoja Youth Initiative, Zafayco, Kijana Hai, Top Fifi Zanzibar, Assalam Community Foundation, Zanrism, Zanvacay, Maryam Bling Bling, Kirumi Outfit, Mamoo Cosmetics, and Lady Tour Guide.
